As Head of Studio / Creative Studio Manager, Edo is responsible for overseeing the Creative team’s projects and ensuring efficient workload and workflow management. His role includes evaluating existing processes, monitoring project checkpoints and deliverables, and optimizing team efficiency. Edo also develops design systems that support both project execution and team dynamics, from defining appropriate tools to providing comprehensive briefs. In addition, he collaborates with the marketing team to establish roadmaps and checkpoints for the brand, its sub-brands, activations, and related campaigns.

During his tenure, Edo successfully expanded the team from three to eight designers, implementing a tailored working system aligned with Potato Head’s vision as a Creative Village. This structure has enabled more effective task delegation, strengthened collaboration, and ensured seamless project delivery.
